Sorry samad for hijacking your thread. Just wanted to add that its best to give exchange/cash offers either face to face, by call or atleast a pm. It gets a bit awkward on an open forum as mostly the few interested buyers get the wrong message about the price (as further terms of the deal never make it to the open) or start thinking that it's a desperate sell . The seller also gets cornered as usually only the yes or no reply make it to the open forum but none of the details. On top of that my own bad experience is that people who offer on open forum seldom (never) follow up on that.
