Corolla RPM Drop + Missing + Non-Smooth Acceleration

I second the thought, check your cng wiring generally after uninstallation the car is never same because factory fitted wires have been played around with badly while getting this tank of dynamite installed. Wires in electronic cars are more related then any mechanical parts of the car.

Reference I have a BMW X5, an error came up on dash self suspension level inactive. Went to dewan, demanded 400k for repair. Got the car fixed for 3k from a reputed German cars Mechanic in Lahore all he did was attached a computer and then cleaned the sensors of rear suspension in the car. No fault in suspension hardware at all.

I had the same problem of rpm unstable and dropping rpm issue a month ago ..CNg was not installed to my 4efe. It runs on petrol only. Cleaning the injectors made it work better and smoothly responsive on paddle.

meri gari start krte waqt bilkul theek chalti he..local drive like 5km 10 km circle thk bilkul theek chalti he...lakin long route pe 40~45 KM k baad ( 2nd 3rd gear me) jerking (dhake marna) start krti he..rpm b unstable ho jata he means girna start krta he...maze ki baat 1 ~2 km k baad bilkul theek ho jati he...phr bech me high speed pe mamuli jerks marti he...3 fuel pump and filter change kr chuka hn..acceleration pedal b change krke daika...exhaust sensor b daik lia he...plugs new install kr die hen....lakin problem khatam ni hui...
koe help kre coz i came to know that these model corolla has same problem with almost everyone....
second question @ rockstar.mij how to set clearance of tappets and what is its clearance values....what is its injection pressure of fuel injectors coz i dnt have its technical liturature

After long rout problem start..
M 100% sure according to my opinion it's plug wires...change your plug wires then post if it improves...I also had exactly same experience but changing plug wires cleared my problem.

did you ever install cng in your car? this is a common problem with corolla. whichever corolla with this problem i have come across have had cng installed. your corolla will be the first one i will witness without cng facing this problem.

no! these wires are not there in modern corolla. this engine is different. there are electrical wires attached to the coils on plugs. see the picture.

When was the last you replaced your car's AC cabin filter?

the problem does not go away after switching off the A/C. it seems like the problem has nothing to do with the A/C.
i change the A/C filter with regular intervals.

I am facing same problem in my Corrola Xli 2009.. the same Landrizo CNG kit was installed in it which was used by the previous owners. My car initially started jerking. Long sluf and rpm drops .. i changed the fuel pump, o2 sensor, accelerator sensor, plugs, maf sensor, injectors etc . The real culprit was injectors.. after changing the injectors the long startup sluf and jerking problem was resolved but the car is still droping rpm. Moreover it is giving pathetic fuel Average. (My car used to give 12 kml in domestic and upto 16 kml on long).. now i have no god damn idea what to do with this rpm drop thing.. anything wrong with the electronic throttle?? Need suggestions

No check the electric wires going to battery. Contact between wire and battery terminal should be clean both positive and negative and should have tight connection. There is also one wire connected to the car body normally close to negative terminal of battery that is earth. So all connections should be firm and clean. It will give good current to car ECU and ECU will work properly

Don't mess with throttle setting please. It's company setting and it is very difficult to reset it as company setting one messed with
