Maybe I will suck it through a syringe and tube through dipstick hole or will go to mechanic. Already I am experiencing worst fuel economy of 1NZ-FE (6.6 km/l to 8 km/l with ac using tank full method) and now this much oil will also cause fuel average to go down further.

Has this 1nzfe vvti or non vvti ??? Also have you checked its fuel trims??

the problem is with your engine or wiring. 1nzfe is very economical engine.
my friends are pretty satisfied with the mileage of 1nzfe.

Its vvti engine and fuel trims looks ok. Mechanic only check injectors and say that they are not black so that mean the car is running on optimal mixture.

This connector for egr valve is disconnected but ecu doesn't shows any code. So maybe the ecu used in my car doesn't require egr valve but couldn't find any market inwhich egr valve was not there with 1NZ-FE

0.3 litres extra won't do any harm. Their is space for extra 1 quart oil and exceeding that will damage the seals. Now its your choice if you want to extract the extra or let it remain there.

R u using it on cng? I can see the cng guage there. Cars with cng gives bad average on petrol due to the venturi installed on the air intake

No cng even cng cylinder has been removed

you can drain excess oil by carefully only by removing oil filter drain from it and re tighten it.

You are facing bad mileage because your entire setup isn't a single setup but a complete mix and match, this is particularly why everyone here was against the swap

I don't get it. If the swap is that bad, why there is no performance issue????????

I don't find any 1nz which don't have egr. Can you check with my ecu code?

Bad mileage isn't a performance issue? And in routine city driving, seldom can you notice proper faults. Go on the highway a few times a month and then see if there are performance issues or not.

Poor Fuel Average 1NZFE

I swapped 1nzfe auto tranny on my corolla 2002 almost four years ago and the mileage has always been horrible. Anyways, on the way to islamabad I filled up my car’s tank with 45 litres of petrol and half tank is already consumed (Kallar Kahar) Keep in mind that only one person was travelling i.e Me so the car was low on weight and there was no use of AC. New spark plugs were installed before taking it on long route, oil/air filter original have been used always. Changed car’s oil with helix hx3…

Can't say about his history, but can comment on yours. Inorder for a swap to work, it has to be done right from one halfcut, mix and match never works are there are too many different versions out there of the same car.
One can get a car to run well, but inorder for it to be economical, all the sensors and systems need to work according to oem and that can only be done on unmolested setups

I have already checked all the things and everything is of match. Firstly the ecu code matches with runx/allex 2002 - 2004 which does not have egr valve hence my car don't have it (wiring maybe used of 2004 -2006 but that's not a big deal). 2002 - 2004 don't have catalytic converter and secondary O2 so mine doesn't have it. 2002 - 2004 have U340E transmission which my engine also have. 2002 -2004 has green colour injectors which mine also have.

Also from nose cut engine, they require ABS signal so in that case also, alteration is bound to happen. But it should be done properly. We also have to install VSS in my transmission also as even in 2002 - 2004 also have ABS in Japan and doesn't require VSS.

Part code my dear sir. visual similarities don't cut it. You need the exact part codes, once each and everything in the system is from a corresponding part number, along with the proper wiring connections, only then can you achieve proper mileage.
What most of the road side mechanics don't understand is, this isn't the same old mechanical systems as it was in the 70s,80s and 90s where jugaar worked, computerized is alot more complicated, they have till now only learnt to make it run enough to puzzle the owner, pakwheels is filled with owners having the same complaints and ending up selling.
Mismatched injectors or fuel pump can also be an issue, check the fuel trims while driving on your daily route, that way you can start to pinpoint the issue
