Yes you can take it directly from blower motor positive but recommendation is to connect following items only
Defogger
Parking lights
Only leave the room blower as is

I am getting this error code pretty regularly, which is turning the CEL on also.
I am still getting 7 to 8 km/l fuel average.
Already replaced O2 with Chinese one ws shared in this thread
Already replaced fuel pump with HKT Japan (shared on this thread)
Injector Leaked and Pattern Tested (all good)

yes, this is pretty common on all toyota 4 cyl engines with plastic manifolds, - usually its the manifold gasket that is leaking, some oddball times it maybe the PCV valve too.

Very easy to diagnose with a can of brake cleaner or a wand with LPG

I have carb cleaner and what should i look for when spraying on plastic intake manifold?

Connect scanner, warm up engine, pull up stft pid and check the reading as you spray near injector o rings and intake manifold gasket, you will hopefully find it.

I sprayed on injectors and manifold area and also on all the intake hoses but no changes
Engine has rough idle with black smoke on idle even
And fuel consumption has increased drastically

LTFT is stuck at 44% and stft around 20%

So with the help of @Hassan1991 , I found it the ECU was stuck in something (doesn't know exactly) what it was but simply when I disconnected the O2 sensor, it wasn't giving any check light and we almost waited for 5 minutes, engine was at operating temperature.

So I reset the ECU and O2 heater circuit code came. I drove the car a bit and idle settles at 850 to 900 on P. Previously stop screw was also messed up so rpm was around 1100 - 1200
But now I have stop screw moved back. So now its at 850 to 900.
But @Hassan1991 suggested me to move it to 650 on P or N by adjusting IACV.
I will most probably also check TPS voltage which should be around 0.3V to 1V on closed throttle according to manual.

If these doesn't solve the issue and the lean condition again appears then I will move to the intake manifold gasket.

Find a proper mechanic who can understand the data pids of the afr and maf

I myself can understand better than 99% of mechanics.
So don't anyone can diagnose it

Check the maf load and also the commanded afr while the engine is misfiring, compare that to the data pid of the afr sensor, you should be able to figure out the culprit.

A hanging pcv valve or a cracked hose for the pcv can cause such too, so first isolate all vacuum users to verify they are not muddling it up before you check the pids.

Usually black smoke is due to a wrong reporting maf, a maf that has been murdered with cleaning sprays: combined with open loop cycle, you will have black smoke and a faulty run, it will also not complete an ecu obd readiness cycle.

Problem is after resetting the ecu today
The symptoms went and now everything seems fine
Even the stft and ltft is in negative.
