To me, it seems the main culprit.
What's the engine health of your car? Do you observe any smoke from the exhaisut, etc.? Like Bluish smoke?
If no, and engine health is perfect, then from next oil change, switch to either 10w-30 from Caltex / Havoline, or fully synthetic 10w-40 by ZIC. Just ensure that oil is 100% genuine and original.
I am hopeful, after 2-3 oil changes, the issues will get resolved, and no need to change engine oils early. You will be wasting money and resources by doing it.
If you want to go for engine flush, proceed at your own risk. I am not recommending it to you.
