flush your cooling system - and check your thermostat valve for blockage, if removed - kick yourself and buy a new one, install it.

Check the coolant movement in the system and when the fan kicks on automatically how long does it keep running in normal idling? are the fan blades bent out of shape? Someone suggested installing a relay - Your car already has a cooling fan relay - no need to muddle up the wiring for no reason - correct the actual problem - installing a relay, removing the Tstat or jacking up the wiring are just patches

Yes you can increase speed by Installing relay any electrition can try it for you if Relay can make a difference.

Better fan you can find from Bilal gunj.

But make sure its not a normal denso fan and its a 12 blade one powerful one. And no it will not be a bolt on you will have to do little alteration but that is a very minor kind of alteration.

If i was in your place i would go to bilal gunj and look for better radiator as well that comes with the fan. (Some Experts might not agree with this approach) but thats how i fixed my previous car 1000cc I installed 3 channel radiator and never had heating issues.

Finally after trying hard for many days today i decided to instal multiflow radiator. it was two channel with bigger fan with more blades. car is mashallah not heating up anymore. i took my car to anarkali and got the work done (i heard from mechanics that bilal gunj has repaired radiators but anarkali have good ones). I brought the car home and on the way got stuck in traffic but no heating up. on monday i will see for sure if car will heat up on a/c when i will take it around 1pm. inshallah problem looks solved. i went through many mechanics and had headache.
For cuore owners, i do not know this strange phenomenon that some cuores dont heat up but otherd do. but if ur car does and everything is okayed by mechanics then install multiflow radiator and bigger fan. it almost bolt on fit, i thought i would spend all day on it but surprisingly everything was done in under an hour

yaar i drive in city, at rush hour. at that time car struggles to get to even 30km/h. high rev engine to hone se raha. But if u read my previous post, i think problem is now solved. tomorrow it will be tested under 1pm sun to make sure.

I am glad your problem is inshaAllah solved. Well why this happens the Factory installed radiator as it ages loses its effectivness and also the engine is not as strong as it use to be so you need better cooling especially with 25% extra load of a/c and 25% less power because of CNG

Today I saw a Coure in a work shop and he had a Fan Placed infront of Condensor I asked my mechanic where did he got it but he had no idea as the space is very less to install fan there between bumper and condensor but i am sure results will be good

I had similar problems i think you should find a bigger radiator my coure ac stopped working after 2 years when the engines temprature use to rise the ac stopped working my mechanic fitted a larger radiator they call it the do moyi radiator and the problem was resolved coures compressor olso gets weak after 2 years

slamz frends, i bought the cuore 2007 and i am feeling the same kinda problem, when i use ac and i stp my car the water in the bottle with the radiotor keeps on boiling till 20-25 minutes after i stop the car.i have asked the mechanic to check if there is any issue in the car, he ssays that there seems to b no problem but if it persits , make the radaitor service and then check...plz guide

i have spent almot 45 minutes in car in parking conidtion with AC on , and the gauge has not even moved to half , but yesterdy i observed what i posted in last post..now??

if the gauge is not getting upto half I would suspect the thermostat valve is bad or completely missing..

Of one experience I can tell you with a cuore and also with a margalla and with a mitsu galant GDI too - the water pump (waterbody) impeller worked loose and off the shaft, there was no movement of the coolant when the engine started. and the engines would heat up for no given reason.

in one case I have seen a cuore waterpump impeller that was so badly designed that it was impossible for it to move any coolant at all. You also may want to check the water pump V belt, it may look perfect but maybe slipping because of glazing.

loose fuse - or a cheap quality fuse which chose to melt rather than blow

i second xulfiqar bhai, iv had an audio amp melting its fuse, it was obviously loose so before i got down to replacing it, i twisted its legs very lightly so it would stick into its socket with a little resistance.

Dear all
I have coure 2007 model and recently I got its engine opened up and refixed by a good mechanic. It runs good with an excellent pick up but it gets heated up on AC to full and water starts boiling in radiator and water tank. Someone above mentioned that he got the problem solved through replacing the radiator with multi flow type from Anar kali. Can someone please guide how can I fix it out??
