Is it normal for the radiator to heat up now a days? water level is fine. Recommend a good coolant for it

Is there any AC filters installed inside the car that I can open and clean at home?

Any recommendations for me to undertake at home in order to make best use of the car

There is no AC filter in cuore.
Yes in summer cuore heats up. But heat needle should remian near below to mid.
If you want to use coolant go for caltex or Toyota coolant.
I am from Karachi so no idea about AC technician in Islamabad

Your heat needle should not cross the midpoint. Best go for caltex extended life coolant concentrate and dilute it with distilled water. If there is rust and you have been using tap water then first flush the system and then put coolant in a 50/50 mix

Apart from that make sure there is a thermostat in place and the fan is automatic.
