1-student pilot licence is necessary and you will keep it till you are flying as student
2-Multi engine is not necessary for job as i mentioned a company will choose best Pilot with max hours than others
3-ATPL is given after 2000 hours of flying and i am here talking about CPL and no airline will make you Captain on their plane till you prove yourself and Caption has more control over Plane or he is decision maker simply
4-yes i am Student Pilot
5-there are many rules and i think you are talking about Airlaw right
6-Planes uses different fuel ,Cessna 152/172 uses 100LL fuel plus plane maintenance plus Profit that make it about it

It has fallen, I know that for sure. I was only checking out jet-a prices, which have fallen from $5-6/gal to around $3.5-4.5/gal in the US.

That varies from person to person. Some go to the gym whilst on their " cool down " period, some go for sightseeing, shopping and some indulge in other activities....

So, it depends what kind of person you are really.
Whomsoever wants to drink, can drink.

I asked this question from an instructor once, I was told that you need a medical certificate/clearance. And it's okay if your eye sight is weak but it should be corrected (wear glasses/ lens etc so you have 100% eye sight).

But if you want to fly, just go to a regular flying school with the lowest per hour rate on their planes and start flying...It's really not that difficult.

Play with flight simulator (Microsoft FSX) or maybe the better ones, I think X-plane is better in realism. Will teach you couple of things about flying.

97% of the time, the passenger and cargo jets fly on auto pilot. The only thing the pilot does is takeoff(very easy) and takes over around 10 seconds before touchdown (even most of the landing part is done by a computer) if the airport has ILS runways (most medium/large passenger airports have that).

@ustaad_007 it depends on person If you are found alcoholic or drunk before any flight you can't fly and if after a fight your licence will be revoked

CPL is commercial pilot license. It's just a license like any other license, say a driving license. You just need to show them you can fly the thing and they let you fly it.

i am an electrical engineer and planing to start my career as commercial pilot and planning to get CPL from USA. they are covering CPL in 6-9 months in almost in almost 5M Rs. i want to know that what will be the scope of CPL from USA and what will be chance of getting job in any airline. also please elaborate that is there any effect of nationality while applying for commercial pilot at global level? do you know some one who has done CPL from USA?
