I don't know what this student license is. First time I'm hearing about this.
I know you need a PPL at first, the CPL to fly for money but to get a flying job, you'll obviously need IFR, multi-engine etc ratings.
And you missed the ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License). That's given to pilots with 1500+hrs of flying. Only after this can you become the PIC/captain of a passenger jet. With only a CPL you can only fly as a first officer.
You must be a flying student, correct where I'm wrong.
If you really are a student, then do post more information. Like airspace rules/laws, protocols etc etc.
Also, fuel prices have fallen, so why the rates still so high?
