^ it's not that local cars are BS, It is just the imbecile behind the wheel who matters. You live in islamabad, you of all people should now about the local burgers, racing in sedans cars, JDM vs PKDM cars faceoff and by doing this stuff they consider themselves as formula 1 driver.
Accidents happens all the time, just make sure you're not the cause of it.

These burgers barely know how to speed in a straight line otherwise when it comes to a corner, they turn the car by crashing into a car or the wall, NFS style

the theme is that, every driver in Pakistan is annointed by God and cannot do wrong, even when they street race they are doing an act nothing short of aayat-e-kareem.

Its the car's that make everything happen - after all the cars are yahoodi saazish.

All the local cars are BS when it comes to handling and stability, people tend to over-estimate their capabilities and hence we see such crashes.
Plus when it comes to maintenance, our people are probably the laziest ones. They believe that when something horribly goes wrong only then they will carry out work in their cars otherwise there isn't any need.
Last but not the least, the attitude our people have on the roads is horrible, very very horrible. They drive like maniacs or even maniacs will drive better than the idiots we have on our roads.

That would be definitely my fault, but these local cars are magnets for trouble, they are the screwdriver that will slip by itself into the 240V socket.

ABS, ESP, ABD, (insert every acronym here) cannot fix stupid. e.g. your cheap azz shopping trolley corolla cannot take a corner at 150 km/h, it will understeer like a pig - have you ever hunted wild boar?

What I meant is that with even the slightest mistake, our local cars aren't forgiving, they at least freak you out for a moment, and yet our boys think they own sports cars.

technically no car even SAAB or Volvo is going to save you if you hit something that rams through the windscreen and chops your head off.

btw - understeer like a pig means that - if you notice a pig doesnt have a neck, thats why it cannot look up to the sky and thats why it cannot turn at speed like a deer. whilst hunting boar you will notice that when it misses in attacking you it takes quite a wide turn to come back at you (understeer) - at which point you discharge the slug into it.

It was rainy day.. The corolla driver was way too fast for the conditions.. He overtook a car from the wrong side and a tractor trolley was parked infront And Bang! The result is visible.. Occupants srsly injured..

I totally understood the understeer reference sir and Corolla indeed behaves like that at high speeds.

but screw driver's metal should have been covered already as a precaution that if it gets into a power socket person should not be shocked.
same is the case with cars
if they could be equipped with abs ebd 6-8 airbags and traction control many people would have survived the accidents

I mentioned screwdriver - not high voltage screwdriver. to make it more simple and explained

I gave you screwdriver (corolla) to use on wood screws (public road) and you try to use the same screwdriver (corolla) on a high voltage panel (think its a race car)

btw - ABS EBD and every other hi fi acronym cannot fix stupid.. Even with 10 airbags in a car - if you get a decel shock of plane crash magnitude - your body will disintegrate - its plain and simple physics.
