They have not passed there usable life, in Japan the resale of these vehicles is too low. With companies offering cars on installments and with perfect competitions, these cars fetch much more price when sold like this.
A used parado would be sold through bidding at a price just a little shy of new parado, latest model where as in Japan it won't even go for half of the price.
Japanese people are also very honest and they properly grade reach car... but our people have lost third ethics.

Another true story which is confirmed is: amongst the v.first lot of pkdm swifts, a truck driver managed to damage all the cars standing on its top rack... those were repaired in a substandard workshop and sold.
