As U mentioned U have 4H & 4L options, that's what I thought. But as you mentioned now U have the options of 2H, 4H & 4L then ur ride is not full time 4x4.

Good to know lil one is kicking and soon he will start cycling. As when you lay down the lil 3/4 nonths baby they start cycling and very fast. That will be the time that he will really start kicking. Love to him

You might also be right about the full time 4 wheel drive as a few days back I had a conversation with @Racerf2 and came to know that his previous gen prado was full timer. Maybe the new one (like mine) are 2 wheelers for the reason to make them fuel efficient!

And yes, Prado is more controlled. I'm not sure if its because of the Traction Control / ABS but they are not tail happy and very stable while cornering and accelerating simultaneously.

I think there is no solid evidence for more fuel consumption due to traction control.

yes 3rd Generation Prado is full time 4x4. As I got one reviosly and sold with in sort period of time.

When you throttle up or push the vehicle to the limit while cornering or making U turn, it will try to slide its tail out to front, thats tail happy!

Traction Control need not to be switch on/off as on most 4x4 vehicles they don't provide it with that option.

@voyager bahi ur right about the fulltime 4x4 as my prado which is a 97 one has the option in them reason why i belive the prado doesnt kick as much is because of its weight and height also its more heaver then the surf or vigo which are more lighter and tend to shake it backside more well i have felt tht everytime in the vigo not often in surf!
