Cultus 2014 draws 37 Amp current when all electrical load is turned ON (A/c, Radiator Fan, Brake Lights, Headlights at Full Beam, Car Audio, etc.). Exide 40 (approx 30 AH) was installed in the car. The problem was that whenever I apply brakes, or turn ON headlights, or A/c, the rpm was dropping for a while and then resume to normal level. I suspected main fuses but those were not the issue nor any wiring problems. From some PW forum, I learnt that the recommended battery for Cultus is 35-45 Amp capacity. I upgraded with Daewoo DL60 (45Amp) and the problem is resolved, and further improved efficiency of A/c as well as headlights. These sort of things our mechanics don't understand at all. The previously installed battery was of less capacity so the load was on alternator which was the reason for fluctuation of rpms.
