Cultus 2007 EFI G10-B Coolant Reducing/Leak Issue

Dear Fellows,

Please assist as i am facing issue regarding my Cultus 07 cooling system from last eight months. Due to regular heath check car does not have heat up issues. Temperature gauge is below MID after 60KM drive every day to my office.
It is reducing coolant after 200-250KM from thermosole bottle, only 10% coolant left at that point i refill coolant again.

Steps in Eight months i performed:

Installed New Radiator Cap
Installed New Radiator
Installed New rubbers hose pipes/metal pipes
Disabled rubber pipes going in CNG KIT and heater Coil(looping them with each other)
Inspected water body seepage,hose pipes,radiator,engine hose pipe connectors no issue or leakage found.
Assuming head gaskit issue, i check regularly engine oil there is not water/oil mixing traces.
Oil is maintaining its viscosity and color,there is no milky substance.
Engine has done 117000KM and maintains average 16-18Km per liter in Lahore city.
By accelerating on stand by and driving there is no smoke.

Expert suggestions required. Since i am facing this issue from long time, i want to see it healthy again.

Have you replaced thermostat looks to me that stuck check if it works..

When Radiator fan starts and i opened the radiator cap it is observed coolant is circulating, and not over flowing from radiator.

kindly tell me how to verify it... any method to check it? Thank You.

To check it you need to remove it but once you removed it you will have to replace gasket and coolant as well.
To check if it's working run boiling water on it you should see the mechanism open.. I think someone better can explain.
If it doesn't open then the thermostat isn't working.
Try Google to check how to test thermostat .

i have found a solution to verify thermostat vale is working or not, upper and lower radiator pipe must have same temperatures after 5mintues from starting engine. Let you update once i test it.

Started engine for 10 minutes both upper and lower hose pipes are at same temperature. So i think thermostat valve is working correct.
Any other solution? Thank You.

You may have got some minor leakage in your cooling system. Inspect every single hose while car is running.

Did your car ever overheat in past? The head-gasket might be leaking.

Very minor head gasket leak won't pollute the engine oil. Water just evaporates through exhaust.

could be possible but this is the worst thing i expected.

Today on the basis of assumption i finally reached a radiator mechanic and told him all the story, he just pulled the thermostat valve out. And showed me the malfunctioning by heating in water, there is rust due to which it has difficulties while opening and closing.
So replaced it with kabli one which was working fine during testing. He told me valve was pulled out from uber car. He accepted challenge coolant will not evaporate now and give me one month warranty. After reaching home i have again completed the amount of coolant. Lets see what will be the output.

changed all pipes, heater core is not connected. No car never heated.

hmmm, i am using coolant guard green one, question is if it is burning through exhaust does it should give colored smoke?
but in my case there is no smoke color.

try putting some quality coolant in it such as toyota ka genuine coolant dalo its amazing it keeps the system lubricated too while keeping the engine temp low! maybe ur using that sasta ghateeya kissam green wala coolant which is basically water with a green color dye put in it!

yes bro you are right, but previously i was using Mobile 1 but due to this problem all wasted, so i tried guard coolant. If it gone stay intact for one month i will switch back

Issue resolved just replaced thermostat value actually it was working fine but some times it stucks and decrease coolant level slowly. Now car is not reducing coolant from last 2 months.
