3.65 is right price for this condition, also check knobs of a/c & new a/c vents,
bro in my brotherly advice sell your old parts at sher shah karachi & get all parts here just like new but gaps etc. & screw on indicator is usual for cultus,dont worry,
yes dashboard is in very bad condition,u dont have to replace doors,only change cloth of door & it will hide all visible hole & screws

Bro let me suggest you somethings:
Change right fender as it seems full of potene
Go to a good denter and adjust lights and bumpers
Do some touching
And go to dashboard repair shop and ask him to minimize the gap

else if u have money then change all of these
