no once engine reaches ideal operating temps, Rpm should go down. I guess your choke aint working. get it checked

Dear respected faheemakbar18,
OK I have air filter ready to change. I bought guard @350,
Oil filter I will change with engine oil after two months insha allah as I have recently changed it.
Spark plugs are also ready with me to replace. I bought denso. Many says NGK is good. What do you think?
I noticed RPM remains under 1000 in the morning it was adjusted some time back by the mechanic under air filter box.
Brake oil, respected saboor73 said should be changed after an year so I think this is a right time to change however it hasn't reduced yet. U can recommend a good brand for brake oil.
Please tell me if I have forgotten wrote any important point. That would be highly appreciated.

If rpm remains under 1k on cold start most probably auto chock is not working ask your mechanic to fix

About brake oil buy any good dot3 brake fluid and brake fluid isnt changed accord to color or mileage its should be changed every year because it absorbs moisture with time

I made a mistake. before RPM was 1500 or higher but I thought there is an issue so I asked my mechanic to sort this. So he did something near air filter box. When I started my car it was under 1000. If auto chock is not working then wat kind of issue I can face?
Will appreciate you guidance.

1500 everytime? If so mechanic actually tuned it. Just ask him to fix auto choke. And idle on start of hot engine should be 1k or less

Yes before in between 1500 to 1800. Then adjusted to stay under 1000.
If I tell him to fix auto choke, he doesn't have a sense to fix it. anyway I will tell him. But I know his answer 'NO NEED'

Hahahah very true. Mechanics logics are absurd and they hate thermostat valve and auto fan as well.
If he show this behaviour try to get it installed through reliable Suzuki 3s center in your city

Right..3s motor like IG motor or mandviwala or danish? They will solve auto choke issue too? I don't know if my car has t.valve? How do I check?

Follow the upper pipe flange of radiator and you will find it just before engine.
Its function is to stop water from entering radiator until it exceeds 88c (in cultus). If removed, water keeps circulating between engine an radiator and reduce temperature more than desired limit. It helps alot in winter and increase engine efficiency and life.

when we start engine battery and oil lights on but usually disappear quickly but today battery light quickly went off but oil light remains open till few seconds and then off. Is this an issue?

No, not an issue. It vanishes when oil is properly flowed. As its winter so it take some time for oil to flow properly. Less than 20s is fine. And use 10w40 all season for better flow

last time mechanic poured I think 15w30 (not sure) of zic. This time I will use 10w40 insha Allah.

15w30 is even better but it was api SN. Cultus require greater amount of zinc which is available in api sg sj
