plz guide after 30 km black smoke form exhaust i changed oxygen sensor but error still there what i do ????
When was the last time you changed Oil ??
Black smoke is usually because of a rich fuel mixture of petrol and oxygen. It must be consuming a lot petrol too. My assumptions.

Do car smoke during starting if yes ring problem.if car is on petrol not on gas obviously map( manifold absolute pressure) sensor problem which tells that how much to open fuel injector and for how much time. I means how to make a mixture for car. May be sensor is ok, but wiring problem due which some time it will not give smoke and some time it give smoke or a pipe from inlet manifold to that map sensor pipe is leak or broken. Have u recently done any electrical work or do u have done engine service and after this car are giving a problem
