over the long runs CNG tend to get cold and you get extra kilometers. Due to swift momentum and less variation on throttle / stop & go situations next time when you go over a long drive after a stretch run at high speed stop abruptly, and feel the cylinder it must be perspiring & colder then surrounding temperature.

For bordering the needle to max, use liquid fuel, factory OEM wheels / tyres & time of day. try not to rape your car (be it local or JDM) just for sake of Thrill & tall claims after all it is your very own car. Like other member supereagle said in other thread Our rides (cars) are a capital investment and there are no laws governing insurance and quality produced by local manufacturers.

i also have 2010 efi cultus its max speed is (165kmph)with 3persons on petrol.
(145kmph) with 3 persons on cng.
fuel avg is 14kmpl (eco)in city,18kmpl (eco) in long.
180kms (eco) with ac in city on 9kg gas.

That's the accurate specs for an EFi Cultus...don't know y ppl aren't getting the desired results in terms of mileage and top speed...

On Petrol, Max speed 160 ~ 165Km/h (Motorway)
CNG mileage, Local (50% AC), 180~190km in 9Kg Tank,
and 220Km on Long route with Average speed of 110KM/h (70%AC).

I too have a 07 vxri (58k done) but i manage to get on cng max 200 on long and 150-160 in city with 50-60% ac on.
and on petrol on highways 17 kmpl.
But my top speed is 130-140 kmph.

I guess ur car is in better nick though

yar 120 is enough ...
my khyber easily touch 120km/h in city. on highway i never tried to go beyond 120km/h

Hi, i recently bought cultus vxri (efi) 2010 model.when i was driving ALONE on motorway(to lhr) the car touched 120kph easily on CNG (i didnt go beyond this as speed limit is 120 on motorway).
a few days back,i was going to gujranwala with family (5 members including me).THE car was on CNG again but this time on full accelerator it touched 115kph only, on Motorway. On my way back to lhr the car was on petrol and it touched 130 even on GT road.
any reason or suggestion so that my car remain economical as well as on max speed does not get affected.

P.S: oil and air filter is changed a few days ago before buying this car and i havent done its tuning yet.

Today at N5 near hyderabad on my khyber i tried to click at 150km/h but suddenly a bump ruined it all btw i easily touched 160km/h today on cng with two persons onboard

I had a 01 cultus back in the days from my cousin for a few days it was majorly made from Japanese parts.

Once on the motorway I had a great experience the car was only on petrol it ran pretty quick and touched 170+ marks with ease.

My uncle had an exi which I left much behind in the cultus.

Seeing this experience I decided to buy an FF Cng cultus in 06.

That car never crossed 115 knoll; with full on petrol with one person max it'd go 125 without AC.

I got many tunings done all sorts of tjem from various people and it literally gave me a headache.

Later someone from Suzuki told me that in these cars it's about Getting a good piece pata nahin Kya science hai.

Anyways I had bought it 0 Meter sold it at exactly 5k kmsz

abdullah bhai i have driven cultus 2004 and that was another good experience for me that thing easily touches 160 on petrol and my mamu got 2010 cultus that never crossed 140km/h on petrol idk why but 2010 is efi and 2004 was corborised.

My Czn(having cultus efi 07) suggested me to adjust its tappets (the person who recently did tuning did not adjust tappets saying they are fine.ullu ka patha )
Now after Eid i m going to Suzuki 3S for Tappets and will share my experience then

Petrol will keep your fit and speedy... It will prevent sideffects of CNG, so your car will be less likely to visit a workshop.

i owned a 2009 efi cultus for 3 years. and traveled almost 30k km..almost 12k done on motorway M2..
1 full cylinder cng max what i got from a cultus widout ac was 240km on motorway.
cultus can easily do 190+ km in city if u r driving it sensibly (light foot)..
regarding top speed.. i once touched 150 kmph wid 3 passengers once becoz.. cultus start shaking above 120 kmph. every bit of cultus start vibrating. and i feel no road grip. so i wont recommend going above 120kmph..becoz at 120kmph in 5th gear rpm is near 4 if i am correct..increase n rpm will increase fuel consumption
in midjuly 2012 i sold it and imported a 2008 vitz with 1 Liter engine.. and dere is obvious difference in roadgrip. and comfort.acceleration etc and i have traveled almost 10k on it since den.. no issue.. so a suggestion upgrade ur cultus wid any decent JDM.

Its bcz u r from Islamabad. i m getting b/w 110~130 depending on driving style in Lahore. The reason for this is Gas Quality of Lahore is not that much good.

CENT PERCENT TRUE. Still man i have to take it beyond 120 just to see how much i can touch at max . as told before i drive b/w 80~100 normally.

May b u r ryt.i live in isb but I drive and work mostly in pindi.drive safe bro. But still bro 130 is quite less.r u not using standard ff cng cylinder
