Cultus 2010 Muffler/Sports intallation guide.?HELP

yup thanks bro..my budget is around 6K...my question is .Is it really necessary to get the pipe changed??

a friend added muffler to mehran without the piping and sound wasn't so good (IMO not worth it)

last year my friend installed muffler with piping on his gli and costed him 8k

All depends on your choice.You can change only muffler or piping as well if you want.

@poster yes 2.5" piping is best along with muffler

thx to awl for precious advices..i also wana know that :Does it harm the original placement of company for whole ehaust system..meanz in case i wana remove it ..there iz no harm??

u can get tuneable muffler from mintogemry road lahore! piping can be made from any exhaust wala guy at lawrence road!
2.5" piping is best!
u wont find any branded muffler in market they all are chinese copy!

1)Get any free flow exhaust
2)1.75"=2" piping (inner diameter)
3)3-1 headers (get specs from teamswift or suzukiRD)
4)Simota Airintake / or build a custom one
5)Get plugs and wires changed
6)Order a light weight flywheel from SuzukiRD

You should be able to beat the new stock city after these mods

This Suzuki engine got good potential.
First of all remove CNG
Now u can also turbo charge this engine and run 4 5psi which will safe enough.
For both N/A or Turbo setup the main mod for which u must go for is Bigger flywheel of Baleno 1.3 or 1.6 as this model got genuine problem of poor clutch so u cant get good potential on stock clutch.Although it might heart internals a bit but not so early as have seen many efi cultuses on this frank setup n they surely easily eat 1300cc gli city etc..
Rest go fro 4-2-1 Headers @mani1 its 4 cylender engine.
Intake is just like boltonn fit on stock pipe only ahve to remove filter box n use filter cone,mushroom as per ur choice.
Hot Wires
iridium Spark plugs
Msd coil n amp etc hence many mods can be done on this motor

@op i will suggest you to use 2.25inch inner piping which i think is best for cultus, 2.5 is a bit too much IMO

only muffler n piping wont effect much..
i must say u just wait save some cash n apply these mods.. u surely will enjoy otherwise the sound will irritate others
though 2" piping will be enuff for cultus

@haris yeah boy go for a muffler with downpipng and it ll be great!!!
plus it would also save the original pipng from any modifications ............just take the whole original pipng off and replace it with a custom made one and u r ready to go!!!!
as far performance is concernd .......wassay bhai has told u a lot!!! :pp
