Cultus 2011 radiator reducing water on daily basis

which radiator are u using....some low quality ones have a deformed neck to fit the cap...which does not seal properly no matter which cap you are using...fill in the guard green coolant and closely monitor leakages...

also check the dipstick...wats oil condition...if u see any milky stuff..mean water is going into combustion chamber in addition to mixing with oil...

in that case stop using ur car and contact competent workshop...

I m using japenese radiator of cultus, i bought it for 6500 rupees few days ago.
Oil condition is good, there is no water mixing with oil as i checked from oil stick. But there is some oil mixed with water in radiator.
And guys i installed new radiator cap yesterday but the bad news is, not fruitful. Water was again reduced when i checked this morning.

I dont know where on the earth is this water going..no visible signs of leakage. I will try this cheap coolant trick to find the leakage

When did u changed water pump and how is your fan speed..... sometimes reduced fan speed cause this issue...check how much ampere fan is drawing

Water pump aka water body .....it is located in engine

I didnt change the water pump

Check its impeller have been corroded due to use of water........and also change timing belt...,it will be good for reliability
.......and check fan blades and fan speed

there is metal piping beneath the engine which carries coolant and is connected to two hose pipes - it is part of water circulation circuitry - once my this pipe was having hairline leak (Baleno) and i changed that whole metal pipe and the issue resolved. that seepage is so minor that one can barely see through naked eye and even if drops are seen, they vanish/evaporate instantly due to heating at that place. secondly, check any leakage in water pump itself.

han - this leaked in my Baleno and it was such a tiny hairline leakage that it could not be observed. on changing it, all is ok since then w.r.t water reduction

That metallic pipe in zukis develop lot of rust and cause flow issues.......that's why big companies like GM made this pipe made of plastic

I have alto 2004 model, same problem happened with me, water was getting reduced from radiator about 2 glass every day after riding 40 km. Head gaskit was okay as the mechanic checked by removing radiator cap and giving race, there was no bubbling of water from radiator. Hose pipes were okay and there was no leakage from hose pipes. I serviced radiator and it was working fine. Then I went to jameel autos khudadad colony stop, and showed my car to irshad bhai, he checked the car thoroughly and found that flange was rusted and water was being evaporated thus getting reduced. He changed the flange with a new one and after date proble was solved, car didnt reduce water at all from radiator and water was being sucked from bottle and sometimes I have to fill water in resorvoir bottle. I would strongly suggest you to go to irshad mechanic at jameel autos, he is competent mechanic. Hope this helps you.
