Cultus 2011 tuning issue.... urgent help needed

Guys I have Suzuki cultus 2011 the car has been tuned manually with tappet adjustments and throttle body cleaning from suzuki dealership.. I have gone to them twice but the car still is misfiring even in neutral the car misfires and doesn't pick up quickly... Specially when I give the accelerator from low rpm the engine is almost about to turn off... I tried to push them to do the computerized tuning but they probably didn't have the setup..
Will the computerized tuning solve the issue?? If anyone understands this problem tell me what could be wrong? And where can I get proper computerized efi tuning for cultus in rawalpindi... Thanks in advance...

Firstly you make your mindset that there are not concept of Computerized tuning, All works carried out manually properly and in the end of we can put a scanner to refresh or reprogram the car. come to the point there are many thing to be discuss if you have time please contact Sunny Automobiles, I-10/3, contact with Saleem

Thanks for Ur reply... I have tried Suzuki central and capital motors... Both have checked the tappets and cleaned the throttle body... The car is driven only 3000 kms so there should not be a mechanical fault in engine.... I have also got the fuel pipes and fuel filter checked... Engine oil and oil filter are changed... Transmission oil changed as well... Only I have doubt on the spark plugs which have not been changed but they are saying the plugs are fine although they are 6 years old.... If u have any idea what could be wrong please give me an idea... I am really getting irritated with the pickup of the car... Thanks...

Tappets are not fixed properly, replace the 6 years old spark plugs in first attempt, check the fuel pump pressure, practically if you have some knowledge you have to block the fuel returned pipe and run the vehicle.

OK thanks I will change the plugs... and check the fuel pump pressure I hope it solves the issue Are there any plugs which are better than the stock plugs for cultus?? And how to check if tappets are properly fixed or not?

Forget the tappets at the moment. Block the fuel return pipe for a while, and check if your engine stands stable . If it stands stable and responds fine, then your fuel pump is faulty.

Where can I find the fuel return pipe? And u mean if I block it the car should stall? Can u please give me some detail what happens when I block the pipe? will the fuel run with more pressure? Thanks..

You will see a fuel pipe attaching to your fuel rail on right(it's the point where fuel comes in) ... And if you'll see on extreme left , you'll see a point where fuel is going out. just cut that pipe at 4-5 inches , block it with a bolt and tighten it with a clump. (do check for leakage) . Then start your car. And No , your car will not stall, it will stand stable . And if it stands stable and your acceleration improves, then your fuel pump will be faulty, get it changed Attached picture for reference.

OK... I will check that... today I was driving the car without ac and the car was performing much much better... I would not say it was perfect but around 80 -85% of what it can be... But with ac on it is almost 45-50%... Why is it taking too much load of the ac?? I have an alto vxr and that doesn't take a noticeable load of the ac... Also when I push it even in neutral with ac on the engine is about to stall when the rpm is at idle but without ac it is much better... What should be the rpm when the ac is switched on and can that be adjusted??

And also if I keep the ac on for longer periods and switch it off for a while it doesn't have that much effect... May be driving with ac on and pushing it as it doesn't pick up causes the fuel not to burn properly due to some reason... And cuz of that it takes time to have the effect of the ac switched off... I have checked the silencer pipe it has black deposits in it... Probably cuz of the fuel not burnt properly..

iac or choke .... get it checked as well. And Saboor is right . It may b stuck or not positioned right. However, as far as fuel issue is concerned, did you try blocking the fuel return pipe?
