Nothing except price..actually most vxl customers miss AGS and give negative comments. AGS..is excellent..and while manual has its fun.. having an auto makes life easier nowadays...

I have vxl and I feel ags is way better

I agree for the every statement @fastian04 has said. And I agree with @saqibhassan95 that AGS ki buraiyay wohi Kar rhaa ha jis ne na kabhi khareedi na try ki basogo ji Sunni sunai baatain agay kardi. Previously I was having VXR from company and after that I purchased my own AGS and trust me I don't regret it buying but very happy that I didn't went for VXL. There is no issue being face in AGS infact it is the most comfortable family car among all CULTUS variants. The pro side of AGS is when you drive it with light foot, you get more average and more comfort than the manual variants.
