Cultus carby fuel pump issue

No I don't remember it to be like that. It was long ago.
Is your car working on on cng?
You need to check up on all possible causes
1. Electrical: all fuses and electrical supply to fuel pump is ok?
2. Parts: fuel filter, fuel lines, fuel pump, fuel tank
3. Tuning: spark plugs (original from 3s), ignition coils( I am using Japanese).
4. Carburetor setting ( if your car jerks on petrol or takes a brief stutter before accelerating when you push your accelerator, it's a sign of issue in butterfly)

According to the mechanics at the cultus workshop...the wiring is fine all fuses are ok
According to them the culprit is the fuel pump...spark plugs were changed recently and the carburetor showed no such issues when the car was working on petrol.
The status of the fuel lines and fuel tank are unknown yet as they were not dismantled.

maybe there is something wrong with them...but if its indeed the fuel pump than that is a major problem...as the original costs a lot
and the aftermarket fuel pumps show questionable performance.

Bro on another note...do you have any idea about which aftermarket headlights to buy for the cultus...thinking about replacing them...and also tell me if one should change to using a coolant after running the car for a year on water.

No idea on headlight...3S maybe from Suzuki?
About radiator.... It can be tricky and risky as pipes may start to leak due to rust getting removed by flushing and then coolant might cause leaks.... So for that need to read up on people who have converted from water to coolant after years of use.

After reading and researching many threads and also recommendations by Zulfiqar Bhai. I did a flush to my ALTO radiator. Nope ur car's original fuel pump gives 4-8 psi of pressure whereas this Bosch I'd designed for 25-40 psi of pressure for efi cars......I am wondering about the condition of float and needle valve and rubber hoses after such pressure......use fuel pump for carburetor based cars like margalla or it's own or Mitsubishi lancer 4g13 old Carby one fuel pump......after that check ur carb for float adjustment and needle valve .....those too wud have been disturbed

I got some Chinese tank pump with one year warranty almost 8 months ago working fine. Also installed a spare external pump with grip in engine bay, If issue plug grip change pipes and good to go
Make sure ur fuel return line is working properly.

One of the stupid thing about cultus is you have to remove tank to change pump, Suzuki should have given access under seat. I am thinking of cutting a hole

Bro from what I understand float adjustment is for engine starting and running issues....why would it cause the meter inside the car to malfunction? Correct me if I'm wrong.

I have also changed my in tank pump with chinese and its working fine for last 2 years. I have also bought external pump but haven't installed it in engine bay yet, I have kept it in the toolbox so whenever needed I can plug it in.

I also thought same for cutting hole to access fuel pump but never got free time to do so

Can we install 2 pumps simultaneously at the same time. One inside fuel tank while other one inside Engine bay (External)

If both will be placed parallelly then yes while if in series then no. One will act as a restriction.
