Cultus carby giving extremely dense white coloured smoke on motorway

aoa @umarkhan1 bhai well i had changed the pcv valve a kabuli one long go much of problems were solved..but today i checked the carb for usual inspection and i am curious , i am using 20w40 havoline bcoz the day i poured shell 10w30 oil i just reached fasalabad and found all the oil was gone and the engine seals according to mech sb seala ud gaaee as a consequence of blocked desi blow pipe had to get it fixed after that no smoke nothing my car has even been to isb twice but this oil is scaring me and the air filter is clean plz shed some light

a little oil is normal-btw from where the oil is being leaked as you said that the seals are gone??

@umarkhan1 it was getting leaked at that time wen the seals had blown it was leaking from everywhere where the oil could find its way wen i had opened the bonnet wen i doubted some oil leak and i opened it the engine bay had turned all shiny bcoz oil had got sprayed everywhere this seal blowing problem had occured in late september and fixed

Shell does not sell 10w-30 grade oil. You've bought a fake product.

sorry my bad i misquoted it i just checked the pack i have its hx 5 g 10w40 and btw are you some sort of shell representative just sayin

The symptoms of blown engine:-

Oil loss
Power loss
Over heating
Oily soot in tail pipe
Blue smoke during cold start and under high rpm @xain10

I was reading quite a number of posts from you regarding Cultus Carby, which sounds the professionalism & knowledge at your end.

Please can you let me know the optimum settings for Carburetor, which I have planned to service myself after really tired of mechanics. I drive car on petrol. Car is fitted with CNG, I have driven on CNG is the past, occasionally.

I have fully overhauled engine just 2000km driven since. Following replaced with new during overhaul:

• Carb Butterfly
• Oil pump
• Fuel pump
• Piston set, rings
• Full head service
• Clutch plate
• Denso radiator (5 blade fan)
• & So on

** Fan is direct not automatic. I have now bought Therostat valve to install, and wire the fan to auto.

Here what my Cultus is doing to me now:

• Start up problems
• Jerks badly
• RPM unstable
• Black smoke (dry carbon)
• I see oil in air cleaner
• very bad car sound

Please please help me to sort out problems. Also advise me if this relates to timing problems.

start up problems can be of bad starter,bad battery,too much advanced ignition timing.
jerking problem can be due to dirty carb,bad ignition system.(ignition timing,ignition coil,spark plugs,spark plug wires)
black smoke is due to fuel mix too rich.
a lill bit of oil is normal.
what kind of sound????

The engine is SHOT !

more precisely there is too much displacement in cylinder and piston, thus allowing oil to seep through to the combustion area and causing the while smoke.

show us a picture of the dipstick, is the oil milky, seems like the guy who overhauled it, did not tighten the head evenly

today I went to this high profile mech in chiniot and dat guy was adamant to change the valve plus PCV valve isn't available IS THERE any way to check engine health besides compression test ?and just insisted k engine kamzor ha head ka Kam hoga I asked Wat sort of kaam and he was unclear dunno Wat to do and at how many kms should I change oil btw thank you for your help umar and waqar bhai

i can get a pcv valve for you, but i am in lahore. first try your own markets, they call it blow valve, i got mine for 200.

I think it will be due to overflew of the oil.
