I've attached heavier relay with thicker wire for the chor switch relay and also added additional ground cables to the body of the car.
I'll observe the issue in the coming days and update on the thread.

The cold start issue was with the ECU ignition IC. It was fried due to some short probably. Had to have the ECU repaired to resolve the problem and since then have not had any problems on cold start.

The RPM drop issue on fan/ac/headlight load was actually due to a faulty TPS sensor that was giving faulty reading to the ECU. Issue was resolved after replacing TPS.

Fixing the relay with chor switch wiring made no difference sadly as there was no such issue with current drop.

Hi today i saw some wires in the engine bay, all these wires comes in one harness, the blue one with the connector is connected to oxygen sensor but there is another wire in the the same harness which is not connected to anything, can anybody body help me where these wires go, if any one could provide a picture from their car that would be very helpful

Do you have a picture of that ic because i am having the same issue and when i opened my ecu there is a transistor blown up
And can you please guide me that how much it costed you to repair it?

In Islamabad everything is expensive. It cost me 3500 rupees for repair.

did you find out those wires because i am having the same issue also in my case i also have a green wire which has been cut off can you tell me that where it goes?

and for the wire you highlighted is exactly in the same condition as yours.Actually i think so that wire is just ok because i have seen some other wires like this in suzuki's main wiring
