InshAllah tomorrow i will go to suzuki falcon motors
it means fuel vapors are leaking out of your cap. This means the cap is either cracked or just wasn't tightened.
Buy ELM 327(PKR2000) and usb one if you don't have android/apple Bluetooth to connect with a PC/Laptop.Oh just realized its SUZUKI cultus. Pay rs 500, coz the proprietary tool is expensive.
@ser_gtr and @xulfiqari read the codes from the ecu today..it was P0105,so cleaned the map sensor but again it was showing.swapped with my cousins car.but again it was coming....the CEL only appears when engine is fully warmed up and upon high revving and goes when i release the throttle...
Check For Any Vacuum LEak.....Or Any Goofy Sound Around Engine You Notice??
no vacuum leak..one thing more..today i opened the throttle body.it was little dirty,so cleaned it up,but the intake manifold is full with thick black carbon.i tried to clean but my hands were not reaching there, can this be a reason for the CEL??
NO......CEL is Either Due To Something Gone BAD Or Malfunctioning Badly....Like Its Reading ....
they didn't run it and monitor readings????
at that time car was not showing CEL.he said that code is saved in the memory of the ecm.so he started the car,and read the codes...it was p0105
P0105 is for manifold pressure / check the MAP ~ MAF sensor(s)
If It Comes AGain...It MEan The Code Is Still There And Needed To Be Fixed....!!
He Should Have Monitor MAP Readings ANd See If Its Under Normal Range Or Not....!!
@ser_gtri was able to get live readings.it was p0110,,,,,CEL only come on wide open throttle.it means i have to change the sensor?????
Faulty Sensor.....If You Can Go In Depth.....Or If PAk SUZUKI EFI Experts Can Confirm That manually Also .....That Would Help..
You Can Check The Voltage Output And Confirm It With Multi-meter...but for them hit and check is the only way
this time pak suzuki workers connected a scanner,,and it was showing P0110,,,i have checked the voltage on the grip with key on engine off.it was reading full 5 volts..now voltage is ok..how i can test the sensor itself???? @xulfiqar bhai plz help
There A Procedure To Check Resistance Between Particular Points .....!!
I Have No Idea Of Suzuki ..Thought Manual Will Tell Better
P0110 is air intake temperature sensor malfunction, check the connector and wiring, if all is good then test the sensor itself. Let me hunt for its readings, its a pretty basic thermistor.
This May Help
sorry sir but your attachment is not viewing
i have doubts on the sensor itself coz if the wiring was faulty,it will show the CEL all the time but in my case its only showing upon acceleration and goes off when i release the throttle
There Are Ways To Check It...But Somehow.....Let It on HOLD Till You Don't Know Exact Procedure...You Can't Try Things Specially With LIVE Wire Feeding ECU.....!!
B.t.w Where Did The Attachment Go :\
If You Get HAnds On It Easily Or Can Swap With Any Other Good One For Testing....Do It And Check....!
This Code Is For IAT Sensor Which Will Be Located Somewhere In You Air Intake Box Or Duct Or Pipe Leading To Manifold
