thanks dear , well i just come in sw field by change , you can say cant manage a seat in UET for mechanical eng , i guess these days its not so difficult but a decade before its really very touch to get a seat in UET , really a very touch competition and some lucky guy replace me there , any how i come in sw filed but belive me never really assepted this filed by heart and thats why never go for job , i am in business right from the next day i leave uni ,
about hissa problem in mehran , well i will say i have years and years of experence on this car , i use this car from 2000 to 2007 , car was still in untouch genunine color , not even a single dent , and one day i just so surprised to see my mehran which i sold in 2007 uses as a yellow cab taxi ,
i use that mehran on long route , pindi to gujrawala on every sunday , and all day drive on gujrawala roads , and i change all the frount suspension/excels after 3 or 4 months , i always have a one set spare which was ready to replace the exzisting one ,
i usually buy new chinese CV joints , and never repair them , just throw them when they gave tak tak sound , steering i never change , always use japanese one , but reapair it after few months when i feel a vibration on my feets while driving on bumpy roads , wish bones (chimta) always use original , buy original and press them , use in car for few months then repair them , and next time throw them away , ,
as i said i always have a spare set of all these things with me in my home , its because at that time i mostelly go on a business trip on every sunday , and i always need my car in tip top condition , and you know its hard to use big car on gujrawala roads , mehran is the best choice on such small roads , and i sold that car right after when i stoped going on such trips ,
well i tell you about your car's hissa problem , mehran's wish bones and streering bolts directelly into the car body , its helping rod (a large U shape rod which is bolted on frount foundation) also bolts on the frount foundation , and foundation further bolts on car body , ,,,,,,,,,,,,you know by the passage of time these nut bolts lose there strength , you cant fully tight all these things , belive me this happens with me many time , but i find a custom made solution for that job , i hand tap the nuts which are welded inside the car body with a biger thread , i do that many times and at the time when i sell that car there was really nothing left in those nuts to tap off , means now you need welder/denter help to cut that body part and change it along with the bolts ,
well i tell you a mechanic in rwp who is specialist in hisa problem , i remmeber i told that before as well , you go to national market and search for a person with nick name "haji goday wala" , i cant trust any machine shop other than him ,
