helo friends, i have service my carb , i guess the car havent run on gesoline for last many many years , it was all blocked so i pulled it out and restore it in its original condition , right now its working perfect , idle, accleration stating and i guess the fuel economy will also be perfect , , really there is so much to write here on this post this single piece of metal is the most complicated piece of thing in whole car and i cant discuss and explain each and every point here , really confused where to start , what to discuss , what to include , what to suggest ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,but one thing i will say,,,,,,,,,,,,,,not to copy what i do in this post , it really need lot of deep knowledge and experence ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,any how check the pic they will speak them self ,

Dear brother,10% surcharge on CNG..... in few months may be the per mile cost of CNG and petrol will get the same..Since you are repairing your carburettor is it possible for you to change your JET size to make Cultus economical on petrol as you did with your FX.

ok will think about that , i guess my car is already fitted with smaller jets , need to find the original jet numbers fitted by company ,

what is the function of the diaphragm which is missing.that white thing is it one way valve ?

gear box is opened/splitted , found no wear and tear other than a counter shaft nut was lose , strange ,,,,,,,,,,,,its first time that this gear box is opened ,

These are the points where to cut, Its to separate all 3 runners so the manifold cannot warp itself or the head. The original design only has flanges with 2 stud holes each - which is a perfect exhaust manifold design.

btw its quite odd that your carburettor was missing its dashpot, thats usually seen on automatic transmission cars.
