helo PWs , now its time to attempt the last and final job on this car,,,,,,,,,,i,e,,,,,,,,,,AC overhaulling,,,,,,,,,,,,,all that removing, cleaning , flushing and putting every thing back is already been done while the car was going through the paint process,,,,,,,,,,,,,,i avail all that time and overhaul all these AC parts,,,,,,,,,,,,right now i just buy a AC compressor and installed it after some alteration,,,,,,,,,will share that later,,,,,,,,,,,here i am showing some of the tools which are must to buy before AC gas charging,,,,,,,,,,,all of them are already in my tool kit which i buy many years before and this will be the 2nd time i will use them,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,right now i only buy AC refregrant,,,,,,,,,,,,,obviously i cant buy a cylinder which cost nearly 20K+ , so thats why i buy 2 cans each of 250gm of KLEA brand ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,its japanese (i guess) ,,,,,,,,,,,i see same fake KLEA cans of differnet quality ,,,,,,,,,,,i guess the original one is of 250gm and the fake one was of 300gm and cane quality was also not good,,,,,,,,,,,,any how i am not sure about the origion but this is the best refregrant availabe in cans,,,,,,,,,,,,,,i use an ordinary deep freezer compressor to pressure check the system,,,,,,,,,,,,,although its not a professional tool but still it works ,,,,,,,,,,,,may be littel slow but can work,,,,,,,,,,,i make few nozels out of junk pipes to use them to connect manifold guage pipes to condenser and evaporator,,,,,,,,,,there was one leak in evaporator pipe connection which are inside the cabin and hard to detect without leak detecting dye,,,,,,,,,,i havent find a leak detecting dye in market,,,,,,,,,so i make a very desperate move by removing each and every part of AC system and assambling all that on ground,,,,,,,,,,later pressure checked and found the leak with in few min,,,,,,,,,,,,,,will show that later,,,,,,,,,,,,,i belive that if you have tools that car ac gas charging is really not a difficult job ,,,,,,,,,,,i once attempted this many years before ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

NB-8 oil (chinese i guess) cost 250 Rs
drye accumulator cost 450 Rs
prices are of off season ,
i havent charge the system yet,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,so this is the right time for PWs to have any suggestion/comments,,,,,,,,,,,,,
