is it same ? as my column from jap. alto.
if the wiring harness is same, then put eps light and then ground test terminal wire, light should blink, to give code. mostly altered eps i saw in cars are without vss. so it could be the reason to malfunction. check that vss is connected.

you overloaded your differential in the transaxle, never do that. You should also slow it down very gently, abrupt braking will cause a huge shock to go through the transmission and to the clutch.

ok, take care next, i did not apply brake, wheel stopped itself.

these codes are almost generic. every suzuki will have same code description for that era. so first extract code then we will see whats the cause.

bro, let us know the performance of your car after installation of Master cylinder, if there is any improvement, I will follow your foot steps. As I am fed up from Cultus brake, specially when you have 3 or 4 people.

the same problem was with me.
1 first brake took effect almost when we about to press half paddle. let me know do u have same too?
2 four people on board, brake = zero :o

so yesterday replaced master cylinder with little modification. first issue absolutely resolved. just put foot on brake, it took effect from the beginning. no free paddle.
now, yet have to check with 3 to 4 on board. let u know about its performance with 4 people.

Please let me know wat sort of modifications are required, as my mechanic is asking to put Vitz brake booster, and master cylinder, but requires big holes in the car body(may be called firwall), and need some other modifications in engine bay as well. Total cost 11k

Master cylinder should be bought brand new....first try bleeding the brakes

as per my knowledge, vitz have same size of master cylinder as cultus 13/16 . just servo is bigger than cultus. replacing servo and master cylinder will just remove the, (u can say) play of paddle. this is by-design problem. cultus drums and caliper discs are not capable to handle its braking well. in ur case i wont suggest u to spend 11k on brake master cylinder. just it will be effective since u put foot on paddle. the travel of paddle will be decrease. if u put bigger size master cylinder, u will have to face another problem (wheel locking). as corolla 2003 to 2008 have very good brake. but we cant put heavy pressure on brake paddle because of wheel locking. so due to this issue, brake is said to be very poor.

wiring is not a big deal,
1 thick black wire Ground (-)
2 thick black/red Battery (+)
3 wire under black wire, black/white ig +
4 VSS
5 brown ignition Pulse
6 p/s light
7 test terminal
8 protocol wire to dlc.

Can u pls explain in detail?

I have got 6 wires from coming out from the connector grip.
Black (-)
Black Red (+)
And other thin 4 wires.

Connected Black/White Wire(+) to the ignition
Tried to connect two of them with the RPM ans Speedo (VSS probably) but it didn't work.
