Cultus "Fresh Air or & Recirculated Air" Lever problem

My Cultus AC is working very well with genuine AC Gas. The problem is that Fresh Air or & Recirculated Air Lever is not working properly it is not closing tight the shutter of fresh Air. Sound of Air throwing is coming from outside grill like Fresh Air Shutter is Open.
so as i switch off the AC the cabin comes heat-up in a minute also AC is not tripping automatically.

Need your Experience Advises to solve that problem.

first check wire connected to this control. then check where this wire heads too and check by moving lever with hand that is moved by wire.

the fresh air Duct & its lever is right below the glove box in Cultus. Open the front left door of car sit on floor & have look on black boxes u will find lever conncetd through a cable wire system. Operate the knob from console & observe the movement of duct opening lever accordingly.
A quite obvious observation for open fresh air duct is the smell from out side air penetrates within no time in cabin & gets clear too if the out side environment gets clear.

Most usually the A/C fresh duct foam is torn off or the operating arm is not fully engaged or the cable is not locked.

I thought fresh air duct was blocking my heater flow. Got my problem solved when the electrician cleaned the heater core and showed my 2 kilos of pure MUD
