That is because of Charle's law. The volume of the gas/liquid increases when temperature is increased. So when the coolant heats up, it expands. The cap of your radiator opens when the pressure increases 1.1 kg/cm^2 and some amount of coolant is transferred to expansion bottle. But it should be sucked back to radiator when the car is cooled down. If it is not coming back, check expansion bottle and its pipes for air leakage.

As you don't have much how know about car system's... So it would be better to take your car to some well known and expert mechanic.. I would prefer suzuki 3s but those are somewhat expensive..

GMB Water pump will cost you around 1200-1500-/RS.
Radiator will cost you 4000-5500-/RS.
Rubber hoses will cost like from 150-500-/RS.
And the metal pipe running from water pump will cost you 120-350-/RS.

BTW I just got a Alvin copper dual channel radiator for cultus today for 4400-/RS.
