Why u all are putting Paani (PLAIN Water) in your Radiator???
It is proper coolant system and thus requires good Quality Coolant.

I will suggest you to get your radiator serviced + NASA 4 Litre Pre-Mixed Coolant

Are you sure about NASA coolant?
It's just plain water with some green die in it.
ZIC, Caltex, Fuchs, Honda and Toyota coolants are better and have longer life.

So far my experience using coolant is good. Ibefore i always used tap water but started to use NASA coolant almost a month ago when I changed gasket. It's a good thing. Now thinking to install t. Valve.

Yes, NASA if not very good then at least it is Good Quality
Might be you have experienced counterfeit Product(I always used to buy directly by Authorized Distributor; not for saving money but for ensuring Genuine-ness of the product)
I have used almost all types & came to conclusion:

Caltex, ZIC, Emirates & Turtle are of Very Very Bad Pathetic Quality while I have rated in following order as per my experience:

Toyota Coolant 10 / 10
Honda Coolant 09 / 10
NASA Coolant 8.5 / 10
Fuchs Never Experienced
Emirates 03 / 10
ZIC 2.5 / 10
Caltex 02 / 10
Turtle 0 / 10
Local Made 0 / 10
