Cultus Vs Liana

Wow I'm surprised over how many favorable comments there are for Liana. I'm definitely considering it.

Has there been any change in technology like for the Cultus 06 - 07 they added an EFI engine. So i was thinking a 2007 Liana. Would that do?

the EFI Engine in Cultus is also dated to 1993

Liana is pretty much the same since the international Liana never had any facelifts or Generations

although PakSuzuki is offering Liana VURV now which has Crystal TailLights and a few other things
and for PakSuzuki its THE ALL NEW LIANA xD

old engine was the same offered in 1989 when it was first produced

the current G10 has 16 v and 4 cyl ..same block and head from G15 and G16 series without coil system..but with 300less cc

rest is same......

Efi was offered even with old engine but in pakistan it came without it

i bought liana n i am very much satisfied with it
there is no car in pakistani market which is as good as liana in the price range of 06 07 liana
i think there is no match of these cars
the only reason of liking caktus is that it is overpriced nothing else

my friend got new cultus almost 2 weeks before
now 3 window handles out of 4 got very hard than GOD 1 is ok
n car starts giving sound from front left side on bumpy roADS

"Liana kachra hai"
without proper justification...

So i'm happy people really cleared things up here. I just need to get a test drive of the car somehow, I've driven the EFI cultus but not Liana after that I should be able to make a decision on it.

the justification to these is when paying for a brand new one (12Lakh Rs) or when ppl compare it with New Corolla and City IVTEC

else the 06-07 model in less than 800K Price range is very good value for money

750k to 8k is an amazing value!

And maybe thats why the car hasn't cought on - it costs a bit less than a CITY.

to be honest i drive a honda city. but i hav driven Liana. and it indeed is awesome. i dont know why people have a thing against it.
Bhai it looks good, drives excellent and is a big car. go for it.
Cultus is a a good car too. laikin it is a small car at the end of the day. Liana is a bigger car. with good engine and features.
Baqi, koi bhi gari utni hi achi hoti hai kitna chalane wala us ki care karta hai.

P.s.
Although i like liana, i still think it should cost less than what it des. i believe it was for like 800k, it would deal a serious blow to corolla and city segment.

Sir if you are buying a new car, LIANA is good.

For a used one go for Cultus, try to look for the VXLi.

today i did my 1st race with my liana with 09 xli on motor way from isb to bahtar
n my experinced was same xli was with me till 150 as soon as i crossed 150 the great diff was there i was on cng with 3 inside while he was single in his car
