Coleman my Dad bought it from overseas .. years back EBM = English Biscuit Manufacturers

Its Federal B Area Block 16, Rashid Minhas Road, if you are coming from Aladin Park, then you will find this market on your left hand side just after crossing UBL Sports Complex.. in Abdullah Center.. see link below
