The performance of my car on Patrol is not good, it has better pick and mileage on CNG.
Saying economically, if Patrol gets to 50 and CNG goes 70+/kg then they will be both leveled, and will than cause alot of people to switch back to patrol.... As i think/quess/calculate..

havent tested a full run on petrol so no idea about the consumption however the performance multiplies..

zubair ur calculation is logical.. since per KG mileage of CNG is better than per Liter Petrol, most people wont revert to petrol as long as they are getting more mileage on CNG

last night while returning from office at Disco Bakery signal, just when the lights were about to turn green.. i heard a 'thumb' like sound from the back of my car, as if someone hit me. on looking back i found a man 'busy talking on his cell phone' driving an Alto VXR, apologizes me through his gestures while kept talking on the phone i was about to get out of the car but since the signal turned green and the sound wasn't of a major hit, i drove my car away. On reaching home i checked the rear bumper and thankfully nothing was evident there.... phew!!

i concluded that the man kept his car engaged in first gear while his foot on the clutch, while talking on the phone he couldn't concentrate and the clutch pedal was released.. would have been some sort of damage but Alhamdulillah nothing happened

That's the real point of my wondering, as i've installed StealMate two Way security system, i get alert on the remote when there's any intrusion on my car
but during that period when i got to know abt the damage, i din't went out of range from the car.

sometimes though the impact is received by the lights or say plastics and not the body itself while most security systems can only detect once there is an impact with the body but yeah having a security alarm installed saves you a million times... guess what happened a couple of weeks back. I had to visit my inlaws and my car was parked on a busy road since the street have barriers i parked the car outside and walked to the house which is about 4-5 houses from the barrier. after a while i heard my car alarm, i dint get out as sometimes cats or a loud motorcycle is also enough for the alarm to buzz, but then it started to buzz again, then again & again.. i went out and guess what a kid of 11-12 year of age, having a waist belt in his hand was hitting my car like a hunter in his hand :@ when the alarm stops, he look here n there and hits it again, runs away a few steps, see when no one is coming, he comes back n hit my car again :@ he does it at least 4-5 times before i slowly got near to him and caught! what happened next is a long story but man that metal buckle at the end of the belt was good enough to put plenty of scratches on the car... although there are a few but hardly noticeable

it was the alarm that alerts you for such situations, but then i think it was the alarm that made that child keep hitting my car

Yes these kids are such that, Shaitan ney bhee bachon se panah mangi hai.
Once i went to some place, due to the children i muted the sound, but still they were children coming and hitting the tyres (Thanks only Tyres), when i asked why r u doing this can u imagine the answer: "When we kick the car it's light starts flashing" LoLzzz...
SO wat to do for that...

My behnoi has a company provided Cultus since 2001. He works in FFC as a sales officer, and has extensively used this car for field work in interior Punjab (Sahiwal, Chichawatni etc 3 years) and interior Sindh (Dadu, Johi, Mirpur Mathelo 3 years, travelling from Karachi).

He has only done regular maintenance and changed tyres. No major mechanical work has ever been required on his car.

He has been given a new City now, and on his first trip to Dadu he said the car has taken a lot of abuse.

Don't say Suzuki is all crap. It has 70% of the pakistan automobile market for a reason.

^^ thanks for the input Wahaj.. the only thing that they should be concerned about is their QC, early Cultus was better because it had a much better QC as compared to now, if buyers get the level of satisfaction that used to be in 1997-2002, then Suzuki will be doing even more business that what they are doing today.
