usman sb, lancer is always a good car ... it has better drive and strength if compared to peers !!

before going for this car & even after purchasing it, people use to say ye kia lay lia, kioo lay lia, samaan nahi milta blah blah. but believe me it all proved to be B$h*t.. its a great value for money & a very practical car in small amount of money.

this is the first Mitsubishi that i have ever owned, as well as the first one among all our relatives since then i have been in love with this car, never knew its so much fun to keep.. must have been a hell of a ride in its era! googling brings out something from the past!

there is no knob ... use your finger strength to change the direction of mirrors ..
its not exactly like khyber .. its mirror move the holder is fixed on base ..

Thats why I asked. Its quite weird. Isn't it?
No Power mirrors, no knobs, fixed frame. . . You literally have to touch the mirror to adjust it.

usman please share your model and year of your lancer my friend is interested buying lancer but hes confused btw dx , lx , supersaloon and all that lot!

mine is 1991 EL, it has power steering, but no power windows. chilled a/c, good cng average, runs like a wild beast on petrol, spits water from silencer, overall a better car not best (condition wise). ur friend should get it around 2.3 lac if its standard else super saloons sell between 2.50-3.00 depending on condition

Kamran Sir; no surprises its just selling .. am not buying anything new at this point of time ... i will be driving vxl which was purchased back in 2006 ..

and yes i will miss my vxr as i drove it like 60K kms without any mechanical issue MASHAALLAH ... i guess now she will faces a tough time as the new buyer takes it to interior sindh very next day to visit village ...
