Brother, regarding the Side mirror issue, the orignal ones have a base of METAL , thats why they are heavy, take a good look and see if the base of the mirror is METAL, if not then it is NOT original. to be very honest i am using chinese side mirrors which costed me around 850/pair. so far they're working fine.
The door handle issue looks strange, maybe you pull the handle way too much , i also broke one handle when the locks were old, then i changed the door lock (all four) , after that i use them very carefully, also there is almost NO use of back doors so that might also be one of the reasons i havent came across this issue
The WIPER issue was there, the arms of the wipers were in a bad shape, i bought complete wiper set from a local shop for 850 rupees which included new ARMS as well as wipers. so far i'm satisfied with them
The foil issue you mentioned out is also there in my car, have been thinking to do something about it, if you came across any solution then do tell me, i'll be doing the same
