about the problems you pointed out, can u please elaborate a little more that what is the problem with the driver side door...
as far as the air coming in is concerned, it has been a problem with most of the cultus.. sometimes i too feel that air is coming through (from the door opening lever) but its very slight & negligible. noise mostly comes due to the windows that arent fully up closed.. i got the window lifting motor replaced last year which pretty much solved the issue. the driver side window wont fully go up thats why i had to get it changed.
my car was involved in 1 accident in 2007.. on rashid minhas road while i was traveling at about 55-60 kmn/h, there was a black-yellow old cab going in front of me and suddenly its rear wheels got jammed!! i had no chance but to apply the brakes at fullest.. luckily before the hit the speed was decreased to about 20-30 km/h (i guess) when my car rammed into that taxi.. it would have successfully stopped if the distance was a bit more but since it wasnt braking of the car ahead, it was wheel jamming, so the car got hit and there were damage on the bonit and front right head light was broken. luckily for me because of sudden braking the nose of my car was down so there wasnt a single scratch on the bumper 
i dont remember individual cost of head lamp but the bill was Rs. 2300/- (including both parking light covers, 1 head lamp, and one window lifting motor)... the damage estimate was 14000/- and was covered by the insurance company
