Cultus VXR

Water started dripping from under the dashboard (passenger side). something to do with the A/C???
Its a new car ,May 2006 , only done 1500km. this is only one of several problems i have already faced. Wish i could get rid of this junk and buy a Vitz.

Dude, 100% your AC pipe is not pluged correctly. Get a flash light and get under the Dash and you can see it rite there. A friend of mine had the same problem. Takes 2 mintues to fix it.

another fine example of the quality control observed @ suzuki ... they strictly control the quality so that none is avaiable to the benifit of us poor customers
this is a problem with cultus ... i face it too ... every now and again the ac water drain pipe needs to be fixed ..

Yes dear the pipe of ur car was removed there are two pipess down there one is plastic and other is off rubber put the rubber pipe on plastic pipe that will solve ur problem i had same problm with my cultus 2006 and i solved it my self

ntheres nothing to worry about dude .. i have a cultus as well 2002 model !! i faced the same problem .. the water drips from da hose pipe that leads the water out of the car .. whenever the pipe used to get a push it used to get dis connected and started dripping !!
how to get rid of it permanently :
"grab a flash light .. get under ur dash .. insert the loose pipe back in da hose aND Tape it up" ureeeeKAaa !!! ur doNE=p i hoPe dis boosts u up a bit !!

Another example of poor quality standards of PakSuzuki, even those who own Liana have posted on Pakwheels that they are having problems with 2 week old Liana! horn has loose connections, sometimes it horns, sometimes it doesn't, keyless entry stopped working, fuel gauge stopped working....

ab to hum ko aqqal aa jani chahiay... this is the car people use to get around 7 lac (paying plenty oof OWN)... im happy that i didnt have to go through all these issues, my Cultus is a 2000 VXR reg 2001, which i got around 4.4 lac and people who have newer Cultus admits by saying that the quality of early cultus was way better than the new ones.

yeah .. i totally agree with usman ansari !! i have a frend ho owns 2000 cultus .. itz quality is excellent !!

As @eveyone suggested about the drain pipe, it is likely that the drain pipe has been disconnected from the drain nozzle. It can easily be put back to it's location. If the pipe is loose, tighten with the help of small piece of wire.....

Same with mehran. I had a 2003 model, and I think it was better than the newer ones.

Financing opportunities and the perception here that suzukis are easier to maintain has fueled the demand. Pak suzuki now simply collect parts, package them and send it to customers. They don't bother to check anything. I have also heard that dealers also push the company to send cars asap, and insist that some final checks (wheel alignment etc.) not be done.

For Cultus: one friend got engine coolant leaked from engine block. Car had done 16K kms. Another one had to wait for an hour at showroom, as the mechanics were trying to open one of the back doors. He had gone to take the delivery of the vehicle. It took 45 mins to open the door.

I think this is a great opportunity for someone to start a business for checking/fixing new suzukis, this will give big returns.
