Cultus VXRi (EFI) RPM Drops with Light/AC after pressing Clutch

There's some issue with me Suzuki Cultus VXRi 2012 (EFI).

RPM drops almost to zero while pressing the clutch after driving for 5-10KMs in my Cultus (EFI), especially when the headlights, AC, or both are turned on.

The RPM drops when I stop at a signal or traffic jam, making it uncomfortable. I have to keep pressing the accelerator to keep the RPM above (RPM doesn't drop when I press the accelerator).

The issue doesn't occur during a cold start, and my car don't overheat when the RPM drop issue appears.

I took my car to the mechanics, and they fixed something around the throttle body, which temporarily resolved the problem. However, the issue reappeared after driving for 5-10KMs.

It's possible that the problem is related to an electrical issue or something else. Can anyone suggest what might be causing this problem?

With your car idling , turn on the AC, and headlights, defogger(if equipped) and check if the vehicle drops idle.

I tried with both AC and Headlight too while idling. The situation becames even worse.

RPM don't drop at cold start in morning.
But after some time when RPM are around 800-1000 it drops when Headlight, AC or both are turned on.

I have noticed some other people with Cultus are facing same or similar issue but didn't find the solution yet.

You have an obd2 scanner?

Buy an elm327 one with Pic controller. Install SZ viewer application.
Use the application to check IACV duty cycle and see if it changes with load.

I think there's something wrong with your IACV, basically, it allows some more air in and raises the idle to compensate for the load put on the engine by your Headlights etc. For example, if you have a generator in your house and you turn on lights etc, you notice that the RPM of the e generator drops, likewise in a car the Rpm of the engine drops as you put a load on it. In newer cars they use IACV , while in old carby cars they used idle up actuators.

I got the service of Throttle Body done today. He changed the PCV Value too saying it's faulty. Car worked all fine and no issue when car was in workshop and at idle. Just RPM droped once after I turn the Light and AC on but after dropping once it remained stable.

But as soon as I reached near home, after driving for 10-15 Minutes from Workahop, the issue of RPM Drop appeard again with AC. But this time when I turn the AC on at idle, rpm keeps dropping after every 20-30 seconds. And car vibrate badly in process. I hear AC tripping sound too. Maybe there's issue with AC but RPM drops with Light as well after driving for a while. Even after an hour drive, I notice RPM drop when Lights or AC are off at stops. And at very low speed I have to press clutch and accelerate to adjust the fluctuating RPM and stop it from turning off.

In short, the RPM drop issue happens after the car is stopped or slowed down after drive of 15-20 Minutes or more. And RPM drops more with Light, AC or both.

I am also facing the same issue and our mechanics are not able to diagnose it properly. I did some R&D on youtube and I think its because of IAC sensor (Idle Air Control Sensor) or our mechanics call it choke sensor i guess. I am also planning to change it. Second thing is O2 sensor but i am not quite sure whether Cultus VXRI has this sensor or not. My mechanic always does the throttle body service whenever i go to him with this issue but that never solved the issue. So i decided to replace it and then will be able to let you know if that fixed the issue or not

Yes, it can be IAC Sensor, TP Sensor, Fuel Pump, Injector, Spark Plug Cables fault too. I think Efi Cultus has O2 sensor.
Someone suggest to change the Magnet inside IAC Sensor if it's Faulty.

I contacted him today and seems like he understands my issue. I'll get my car checked by him then update.

It will show more parameters.

(PS: I took those Screenshot on Neutral when there was no RPM Drop issue. For RPM Drop, after driving for 20-30 Minutes, I'll take the Screenshots later when I get the chance).

PS: I don't know why Radiator Fan is written Off but it works fine as I checked it myself.

Seems okay.
Check if fan is connected with the ecu or there's any switched installed for it.

Yes, A switch is installed for Radiator Fan. But I don't use it. Fan works fine on Auto and car don't overheat.
