My Cuore clutch cable broke 2-3 weeks ago while i was in a street heading for my job I phoned mechanic he said to put car in 1st gear & come to workshop I tried but didn't succeed so parked car there & went to workshop, bought new cable & came back to car mecahnic installed new cable & I went to job 2 hours late. I then consulted 1-2 mechanics about hard clutch & one of them replied with such hard clutch cable will break again after 15-20 days so finally I decided to get complete engine overhaul & next day I took car to mechanic,engine was taken out mechanic examined & he wasn't happy with condition of head,also clutch plate inside was in v poor condition,waterbody had a leak,crank rod was in bad state too at about 0.75 size which was made to work one more time at 1 size.i asked mecahnic about available options & checked market for availability of parts.2-3 hours were spent finding out parts, required combination.i had 2 options either to swap or big overhaul depending on availability of parts.i checked few engines in market of 850cc but mecahnic wasn't satisfied with condition of engines,there were many 660cc engines available too but I didn't want to loose power,speed thinking *in mind how a 660cc engine will run with AC when 850cc engines becomes heavy with AC.By that time it was already evening when we decided to change crank rod which was taken out as standard & made to 0.25 & change head to 850cc from a kabli engine in good condition after inspection by mecahnic. Kharadya work started but he didn't complete job that day so next morning work started again after receiving head,crank rod from kharadya.I tried to change all parts to best quality new available in market, changed water body & its pipe, clutch plate pressure plate Japanese set, Flywheel kabli. Pistons were in good shape so mechanic decided not to change them.Engine reassembled fitted back & started it runs with a different sound then before much quiet , there isn't crank rod noise on accelerations, engine runs smooth ,more responsive more power. Mechanic was happy with outcome & I am happy too, feels good to drive car with engine in good condition now.
