Brothers all. The mechanic called me and told me that you need to remove thermostat valve then heating issue. Will be gone. I suggest that it should be replaced as already sc technician told me that he has disable heating system of car by blocking heated water to blower. I don't what to do now
Take it back, ask them to flush the system till the rust vanishes, if that resolves the issue, good, if not, ask them for a different assembly
the guy is trying to cure the symptom not the problem,
problem is that the engine is not able to cope with operating temperature due to blockage from rust etc or bad headgasket etc.
Salam zulfi bhai. I've flushed the system cleaned the radiator and the thermostat vlave was blocked. The problem is solved..... now issue is with gear box. Going to change it with OD gear box. Car now runs well with ac and has good pick. And I am thankful to all of pakwheelers.

a flush is very easy to be honest and is always done when a scrapyard engine is installed.

What kind of coolant.
Zic/caltex/aisin coolants work quite well. Just dont put guard or osaka.

Gaurd coolant is not suitable ? its an old company made in Pakistan...

donot use guard or osaka coolant. my friend has an oil agency and sells oil and related lubricants. he says osaka and guard coolant are cheap and makes "phulkian" in the engine causing damage and blockage.
