Auto choke is part of carburetor in Cuore. it is at left side of carburetor when u r standing in front of car.
it is not a complicated thing. u can see pipes from cooling system coming to carburetor. they are there to maintain temperature of carburetor. U can clearly see a big spring(its biometric spring). at normal temperature this spring is pulling throttle so that idle stays up. as temperature rises, spring relaxes and auto choke releases throttle and idle is at normal. I hope u understood. it was not possible for me to take photos without removing air filter.

I have owned a Cuore. Bought it brand new in 2012 and used in for two years, 45K Kms on CNG in extreme conditions and never had problems with it. Then CNG became instinct and the engine was not behaving on Petrol. There was idling problem and the mixture was too rich. spark plugs were always full of carbon fouling, consumption too high and in the morning it used to throw black carbon from silencer.

A good mechanic has fixed the issue. The butterfly in carburetor faded from edges due to CNG making the carburetor unable to control the mixture. He changed the butterfly and now it runs great on petrol. Consumption in now excellent.

I love to take it to rushy areas. AC is great, small Automatic car its perfect for city driving.

what is your car consumption now and from where you got work of butterfly ?

iska matlab hai auto choke disabled hai. apne mechanic ko kahein ke water pipes connect kar de aur choke chala de. choke thiek ho to startup be rpm high hote hain aur kuch dair bad normal ho jate hain.

Bhai ap plz plz plz mujy thora briefly batain k jo 2 pipe Auto choke walay han woh agay kin pipes k sath connect hoty han ma ma mechanic ka pas gaya tha woh confusion ma tha bcoz heater or radiator k pipes ma jo T lagain han woh 3 way han may b pahhla owner na change kari hoon es liya idea nhi ho raha
Plz thora detail ma route bata dain or yah yah b batian k T 3 way han ya 4 way

what is your car consumption now and from where you got work of butterfly ?

I have never measured the exact mileage but I know its now equal to any good modern car coz there is no wastage now. The best way to check is the spark plug. I recently installed iridium and the plug that came out after approx. 5000 km running is nice dry and brown same as any EFI car. previously the plugs were dark black full of carbon soot.

After iridium plug I can feel lots of increase in engine power and idling has improved manifold.

As there are no iridium mentioned in the manual I installed the best possible solution.

I am getting a lot if improvement in engine response, pick and stable idling. I have a swift also in which I have recently installed Denso IK20. But I think NGK are better not only in performance but also in looks and finishing. Denso finishing specially where the iridium alloy is welded was not clean and good at. Results however are acceptable.

Plugs installed in cuore are in pictures. Got them from Rehmania Auto Gawal Mandi Rwp @ Rs 800 each.

Nadir Auto at Gawal mandi also has a lot of variety of plugs.

Aoa. . . . What should be tempreture of engine while AC running now a days. I removed t state valve. Fan direct but reaches middle of guage and stays there either car moving or not. Radiator serviced yesterday but no difference at temp.

One more thing . There is minor load on engine when Ac running. And few days back gaskit changed because oe engine over heat

What may b the cause??
Bumpy roads r not in my route, even on smaller bumps I drive carefully. And always got them changed from toyota walton motors.
So whar may b the problem??

Using coolant or water
Radiator kon sa hai plastic body wala ya copper wala

Its on normal position no need to worry..
Mari Cuore ma b yahi position pa fan on hota hai or almost within 1 to 2 minutes ka bad band ho jata hai phir kuch dair ka bad chalta ha or band ho jata hai lakin heat wali needle yahen rahti ha
Agar needle Screw jo heat walay dial pa laga hai usy cross kar jai tu chances han k ghari heat up ho rahi ha

bro this position is normal, if it crossed mid point then its dangerous..
but after 5 mins of start up it shouldn't reach there. its too early.
R u using coolant or simple water in radiator?

bhai upar wala solenoid ka connection hai. neeche wala switch ka connection hai jo turbo ke sath use ho sakta hai. upar wale ki wire connected hai na?

one side only? i think it is very old boot. get a boot from outside market and get it replaced by toyota. make sure your rims and axles are not heating up due to anything.
