Hahaha... I feel sorry for you bro, you owned a 9th gen corolla for like 6 years and yet you fail to realize the problem with this car.
My dear, the wiper blades are placed on the specified positions whereas the wiper arms have been swapped with each other.
The wiper amplitudes are currently overlapped therefore the poor things are bound to stay on the screen rather than being alligned properly at their mean position.
This has occured due to an inexperienced and negligent mechanic who installed these wipers back. Look at the picture of your own car, closely and carefully and notice the wipers.
The right hand side wiper arm is comparatively shorter because this vehicle uses a 18" vs 7" wiper system...
