rotational wheel wobble can only be due to few things... either the wheel hub is not seated squarely on the axel... the wheel hub is distorted or the axel is distorted.. or your wheel bearings are shot

you will have to open it up.. take of the tyre... try to get a run out of the axel shaft when it is rotating... if you can do that

Like saad n xulfi said thr is more thn 1 thing which can b the problem here.axle/ball joint/bushings. Kindly switch mechanic.jis ko khol kar daikh kar b samaj nae aa raha

seems like your problem is not the axle itself but incorrect service procedure when performing the repair. Or your car has issues like pads on the springs to raise it or bad alignment - both cause rapid axle wear.

can spacers cause this type of sound??

spacers cause the engine to be higher than the wheels - this causes the axles to work all the time and wear them out.
