Yes sir, it can access and reset individual control modules inside the vehicle and thus accesses ECU + TCU, EPS, SRS, ABS, Body Electrical etc etc.
Regarding your particular question, i think I saw the EPS Torque Sensor Calibration while going through the menus
To further add, the thing that surprised me is that the new cars PKDM have all the Electrical signals testable. e.g, you can ping the MICU for headlights turn on, radiator turn on, A/C clutch test, turn signal test WITHOUT any input to dashboard switches
I dont think the MICU of older PKDM honda versions was this much advanced.
