Did a small DIY at home with a couple of cans of paint, kitchen drawer liner and some patience...
the colors you might need are Graphite Metallic and gloss Black
After after 
Before and after...
1 - Remove Dash Parts
2 - Disassemble To the Last Bit
3 - Wash It With Degreaser / Soap
4 - Let It Dry
5 - Use Alcohol Pads to clean it again to be sure no grease/oil is left
6 - Paint it Graphite Metallic and let it dry for a couple of hours
7 - Cover it with the liner, firmly, and paint it gloss black. Let it Dry for another couple of hours.
8 - Reapply Graphite Metallic but a thin layer.
9 - It will look like it covered the black paint, but after 10~15 minutes, the Carbon Fibre pattern will show up.
10 - Carefully reassemble the parts and install back.
Don't screw up and scratch the head unit the way i did
