And that is on local correct? I think if you drive on long route with light pedal it can go to 15km/Litter I think.... I had 1998 auto civic and was giving me about 14/liter with AC on motorway and now I have manual 2000 with 1.6 engine and giving me 15km/litter on motorway on speed of 100km
