The reason I said this was typical RD of petrol is 0.74 whereas diesel's is 0.84 so petrol, being lighter, will float esp. when for longer stationary period e.g overnight and it can be dangerous at low fuel tank levels.
Yes, it can bring down the cloud temp. as suggested by fellow member but diesel's pour point temp. is well below our normal min/max temp so you dont have to worry about it.
Where this is a problem of freezing and on higher altitudes of static charge buildup, usually additives are added.
As another member suggested about liqui moly, its seems, its a good product. I just checked its pour point and density, it will work well, effectiveness?................give us a feedback.
